Shippo has disabled all USPS service levels shipping to Canada until further notice. We offer alternative carrier options, such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express, to keep your shipments moving.

The Postal Service will temporarily suspend international mail delivery to Canada effective November 29, 2024, due to a national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers. Customers are asked to refrain from mailing items to Canada via USPS until further notice.

This service disruption affects Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS), International Priority Airmail® (IPA), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL), Commercial ePacket® (CeP), and M-Bag® items.

To ensure your packages don’t get delayed or lost, Shippo will be disabling these service levels in our App and API.
