Shippo label requests to the DHL Express API began failing for some accounts. Upon investigating the issue, DHL Express concluded that some account configuration changes in their network caused Shippo accounts to be disabled and label requests to fail. The misconfiguration was corrected and Shippo requests to DHL Express began to succeed.
Incident timeframe was 5/31/23 7:27 PM to 6/1/23 11:22AM PT.

The Shippo Batches API experienced a partial API outage between 05/30/2023 04:30 PM PT and 05/31/2023 08:23 AM PT. The problem is now resolved. Users were not receiving label_urls when creating batches via our /batches endpoint.
