Shippo label requests to the DHL Express API began failing for some accounts. Upon investigating the issue, DHL Express concluded that some account configuration changes in their network caused Shippo accounts to be disabled and label requests to fail. The misconfiguration was corrected and Shippo requests to DHL Express began to succeed.
