Investigating

Hi team, we're seeing an elevated error rate with UPS label generation detected through our internal monitoring system.

Impact: Label purchases for International, Military, and U.S. Territory shipments are currently failing. Domestic label generation is working normally.
We've contacted UPS and are monitoring closely. We'll update you when we hear back from UPS or when the situation changes.
