Identified

The issue affecting OnTrac transaction updates has been identified as a carrier-side system outage. The OnTrac Engineering Team is actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We have detected an elevated error rate from ONTRAC Transaction API. Our team has contacted the carrier and we are monitoring the situation. During this time, Transaction updates may be delayed but will be sent once the carrier’s API is restored
