Investigating - We’ve been informed by our service provider that they are currently experiencing a decline in their connection to Australia Post’s tracking system, which may result in fewer tracking updates or delayed tracking events for some shipments.
During this time, some shipments may display incomplete or delayed tracking updates. This issue is limited to tracking visibility and does not impact shipment movement or delivery with Australia Post.
